"Go elsewhere! They’ve removed cars from our insurance by “accident” when we only wanted to remove one car. And didn’t fix it until after we had to talk to them several times to fix THEIR MISTAKE. And now they want to drop us from full coverage because we hit a deer?! Something out of our control completely. So not only do they ILLEGALLY remove vehicles from coverage that you don’t request to be removed, if you have an accident that is completely out of your control, they are ready to drop you. Do NOT go with State Farm for anything. We will be getting different insurance now for our cars and our HOME. They just lost a lot of money from us because they are useless."

Don't use State Farm anymore. I use Erie Insurance through Beacon Ageny. State Farm wanted to drop me so I got new roof and dropped State Farm.

Poor service, and after being client for years they came when I was not home or used drone for pictures then sent cancel letter due to them not knowing age of roof. My mother had passed and I had been working through needed repairs. They took my premiums for years and then added a hardship to me. NEVER AGAIN STATE FARM"
